1. Overview

NAILQR is a digital nail color board platform operated by Jilbel Lab Inc. These Terms govern your use of the NAILQR customer app, including browsing color boards, using AI features, and creating sessions.

2. Customer Services

As a customer, you can:

• Browse Color Boards — Scan a salon's QR code to view their nail color inventory with search, filter, and collection browsing.
• AI Design — Upload a hand photo to preview how colors look on your nails. Results are AI-generated estimates.
• AI Color Matching — Upload an image to find matching nail colors from a salon's catalog.
• AI Color Suggestions — Get color recommendations based on mood, event, season, or holiday.
• Sessions — Select colors and share your selection list with your nail technician via a link or QR code.
• Gallery — Browse a salon's nail design inspiration photos.
• History & Favorites — Track your color history and save favorites (requires Google Sign-In).

3. Free Service

The NAILQR customer app is free to use. You are never charged for browsing colors, using AI features, or creating sessions. All costs are covered by the salon owners who subscribe to NAILQR.

4. Color Display & AI Disclaimer

Color accuracy: Colors displayed on your screen, including virtual previews and enhanced images, may differ from actual nail polish colors due to variations in device screens, lighting conditions, camera quality, image processing, color calibration, and manufacturer batch differences. NAILQR does not guarantee exact color accuracy and is not responsible for any dissatisfaction or financial loss due to discrepancies between on-screen display and the physical product.

AI features: Virtual try-on, color matching, and AI suggestions are provided for convenience and inspiration only. AI-generated results are estimates based on algorithmic analysis and may not reflect real-world results. We make no warranties regarding the precision, suitability, or commercial outcome of AI-generated outputs. AI results do not constitute professional cosmetic advice.

5. Design Contest / Design of the Month

NAILQR hosts design contests (including "Design of the Month") where nail artists can submit their best designs for public voting.

• Submission: Nail artists may submit up to 10 designs per month. Google Sign-In is required to upload. Submitted designs are subject to review and approval before being published.
• Voting: Anyone can vote for their favorite designs — no sign-in required. Each device may vote once per design but can vote for multiple designs.
• Sharing: Each design has a unique shareable link. Artists are encouraged to share their design link with customers to gather votes.
• Content ownership: By submitting a design, you confirm that you own or have the right to use the image. Jilbel Lab Inc. may display, resize, and distribute submitted images on the NAILQR platform and social media for promotional purposes.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to reject or remove any design that violates these Terms, contains inappropriate content, or infringes on third-party rights.
• No guaranteed outcome: Vote counts are for engagement purposes. Jilbel Lab Inc. reserves the right to determine final winners and does not guarantee any prize or reward.

6. Account & Acceptable Use

• Sign-in via Google is optional. Most features work without an account.
• You may not use the app for illegal activities or to abuse the AI systems.
• You may not use automated tools to scrape color data or catalog information.
• You may not attempt unauthorized access to salon owner accounts or platform systems.

7. Intellectual Property

• The NAILQR platform, software, and design are owned by Jilbel Lab Inc.
• Color catalog data belongs to the respective salon owners and nail polish brands. Bulk copying or redistribution is prohibited.
• AI-generated try-on images are for your personal use.

8. Limitation of Liability

NAILQR is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jilbel Lab Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, dissatisfaction with color accuracy or AI results, or service interruptions, arising from your use of the app.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including third-party cloud or AI service provider outages, natural disasters, or internet service failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Greene County, NY, in accordance with AAA rules. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first use.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
